Honduran  Decaf

We believe decaf should not mean bad coffee. We work hard to find decaf coffees that have good flavor and complexity. We also only choose water process decafs to ensure there are no chemicals used in the decaffeination process. This Honduran checks all those boxes for us. Hondurans coffee really shine as decafs. They are darker toned and chocolaty which is accentuated with the mountain water processing.

Nerdy Notes:

Full bodied, smooth, semi-sweet and strong this is one tasty cup. It is very hard to tell its a decaf. The stronger chocolate bottom mixes very well with the sweetness on top. Low to no acidity and a little on the earthy side, which adds to the chocolaty factor. If you like Sumatra, Colombian or Brazils you will love this decaf.
